Ice Saathi is a full business operating system built for Aman Sales, a wholesale ice distributor in Gandhidham associated with Shreeji Ice Creams. The platform handles the entire business workflow — customer onboarding, subscription management, billing, add-on tracking, delivery assignments, and payment recording. It also exposes a complete REST API consumed by the Aman Sales Delivery Partner Flutter app, including live GPS location tracking and FCM push notifications to delivery partners.

- A wholesale ice distributor needs customer, subscription, billing and delivery operations connected to the mobile workflow used by delivery partners.
- Approach
- Build a Next.js and TypeScript operations platform backed by MongoDB, role-aware authentication and REST API routes, with Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications.
- Contribution
- Implemented customer and subscription management, payment and add-on records, delivery assignments, admin-side live location visibility, delivery-partner OTP access and the API used by the companion app.
